Hello, again!
I'm Natasha, and what makes me tick is utilising design to positively impact people's lives.
Over the last 10+ years, I've come to specialise in UX Design across both native apps and web, primarily for fashion, home and beauty retailers. My passion lies in connecting the creative with the quantitative, combining design and innovative processes to help real people, real journeys and delivering real results. I've been very lucky in having the opportunity to work across a diverse range of brands, from high end labels to well known retailers, and pride myself on adapting to any challenge thrown my way. In my humble opinion, the key to success is collaboration - I’ve spent my career embedded with squads, working to agile methodologies within enterprise level businesses across product, technical, trading, brand, and marketing teams to ensure every move drives genuine growth. My core skill set revolves around mapping end-to-end journey flows, managing complex stakeholder alignments and making a really good cup of tea.
Outside of work, I'm typically found galavanting across the countryside with my dog and some questionable music. Later, I transition to my true calling: self appointed chief detective to a grisly documentary, usually accompanied by too much cheese and subsequent regret.
